After talking with a few engineers and fabricators we have an estimated cost of anywhere from 25K-35K for the construction and installation.

I am an Electrical Engineer and avid fisherman. who is looking to get into real estate on a part time basis.

That doesn't sound ideal for development but I'm not an engineer.

If we had the ability to run 10,000 of our path's through a Monte Carlo engine to "play" them out to see the level of succes, we could see the variances that exists based on each of our innate traits as they interplay with randomness.

Keys work in all kinds of weather and doesn't need a battery with charge in it.I'm really just looking for a simple way to label my keys without over-engineering the whole system or adding additional steps

If you can engineer the right scenario you don't have to make an either or choice.  

Do you think doing a flip for someone like me who has a full time job (albeit in software engineering -- rest and vest ;) is too aggressive?
