Hello Everyone,

My name is Charles and I am very new(about 1 month) to real estate investing. The extent of my experience so far has been reading and watching YouTube videos. I am an Electrical Engineer and avid fisherman. who is looking to get into real estate on a part time basis. My focus right now is on buy and hold single family homes unless a good multifamily home comes along. I came to know of Bigger Pockets through the readings and videos.

I look forward to learning and meeting new people.
