Seems like a RE MLM of sorts. 

Sometimes I even use a credit cards to pay my distributors. 

My materials come from distributors that don't sell to the public.

OK, so: 1) Hiring DH Distributors - In most markets, to be honest, I start with Google to see who are the big advertisers in that category & location.

The reason that the heloc transfer method is so popular is because it's associated with MLM schemes and used with misinformation like "amortized interest" to sell bad financial advice to people that don't understand how interest works. 

I have a comparable or higher net worth to the other guys above who mentioned they've paid for mentorships who commented above and I never paid for those $15-30k mentorships, but sat in quite a few of the sleezy MLM seminars.  

Must have solar, ev charger etc.My materials distributors are expecting more inflation.Homeowners insurance is still going up.I wholly expect CA residents to continue to move there (wished I'd bought there!

What value does a wholesaler or distributor add in a retail sales chain? 

thanks for posting, sounds like they are just MLM ing students to do the wholesaling for them, leaving them with scraps.It's sketchy "companies" like these that I don't do business with Wholesalers.if you are in a one party-recording state always record those conversations. 

I fail to see how that is any different than Bigger Pockets but people talk about it.There is a very large group that charges $20k to join and has a lot of videos and meet ups and is run kind of like an MLM where they give you a "discount" "to the next level" if you convince someone else to join.
