I am looking for some references on a Real Estate CPA in the Delaware/MD/VA/DC Area to help me get on track for optimizing the benefits of running a STR. 

I’m hopeful going into this slow season  because I have traction and great SEO optimization but can’t give any sort of projection at the moment. 

If no one made sub-optimal financial decisions then it would be a harder sector to make money in.

Some pay way to much for convenience of the deal as is well publicized especially in the day when Californians who could not believe they could buy a whole house for 50k.. this is the same mentality of the Aussies heck their transfer tax in AU is as much as these houses in many cases and they rationalize their purchases accordingly...So for this site I think it provides both sides of the equation and the reader lurker can decided to order off the menu either ala carte or the full meal with white linens and full service

If there's a city that is trending toward 20%+ population growth over the next 10 years, especially in an optimal demographic mix, that's a pretty safe bet for solid appreciation.

I can get SEO and Optimization without going through a guru.

Optimally we'd like to help get them transitioned into the market rent but based on what the previous owner did with their rental rates I don't think they can afford it.

Lastly try making a website then optimize it with SEO and ads.

On the market curve that does indeed mean that this is not the optimal time to be buying NNN properties.
