I agree, investing here in my backyard is ideal, especially for my first few times because I want to be able to get intimate with the end-to-end process and ideally be close enough to drive to my properties within a short time.

I wouldn't be surprised if they ended up doing Titles, Closings, Foreclosure processing, HELOCS, 2nd's and servicing.

We are taking things step by step and working the process for purchasing large MF properties. 

I talked to the guy and he said he was about to lose the home to foreclosure, which it has been in the process of for years.

Even if these sites can close on a deal in 7 days I'm sure that I'm missing something here in the process. 

Start off on the right foot, and it will make your marketing campaign and acquisitions process so much easier.

I would like to take help with general suggestions, reviewing modifications to TAR rental lease agreements, short term rental agreements, sale contract documents etc on ongoing basis (either via phone or email).May I pls know if anyone can provide recommendations. 

I know its frustrating i know the kid is making yoyr life hard but Don’t be discouraged .this is part of the learning process as a landlord .
