Thats a NO from me dawg also haha.If real estate negative cashflows its a liability.You can go buy a class A 3 or 4 unit in a place like north side chicago with the same high quality tenants and get an IRR thats triple that from a combo of cashflow+rent growth+mortgage paydowns+appreciation.
