If you bring them a deal, they'll buy it.This is never a boring business. 45 years ago when I was operating as a commercial real estate broker I quickly (not quickly ENOUGH) learned to eliminate the vast majority of “investors” who contacted us because they weren’t, and would never be “buyers” as they just weren’t even a bit realistic in their criteria.

It got a little better after I did my value add to make the units much nicer and vastly improved the management, got rid of the problem tenants, networked with some of the owners of surrounding buildings to get them to make improvements, etc, but still not like I had planned.
