Just know, though, that landlord-tenant law is a very tiny bit of state code and very easy to learn and pretty much anything to do with landlord-tenant law can be done in small claims court, and even that's rarely necessary - if you just take the time to learn that tiny part of the law, even if you aren't a lawyer, that has to do with your business.
