Cleaning Checks for Student Housing
We just closed on our first rental property. It is one block from the college in our town. We are planning on renting it out by the room to college students. When I went to school we had to pass monthly cleaning checks, as I have researched our area, this doesn't seem to be the norm. Is it ridiculous to require monthly cleaning checks in a college house rented out by the room?
