If you had a million dollars, how would you invest in real estate for ongoing cashflow, diversified portfolio, low-risk, longterm play with minimal hassle?  

I think I need to file something to at least get the process going.

They make excuses(consciously or sub-consciously) as to why today isn't the right day for them, why they can't find enough money to get started, why they can't find the right property or they justify why they can't begin the process.

Id say the #1 prep item is getting your process and chronological order right.  

There are only a few really good ones who will find you the place you want and truly help you through the process.

I have had several inquiries from people living in Puerto Rico that are in the process of moving to FL. 

So seeing if on (going to work) side or (going home) is critical.Another factor is if there is a concrete median in the middle of the road.

What was your process before the property was purchased to set it up for a BRRRR, and how did you go about putting this strategy into action once the property was purchased.
