Hey Bigger Pockets Community I'm looking to utilize the BRRRR strategy as my vehicle for investing in real estate. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this strategy and if you have any advice for someone just starting out wanting to use this strategy. What was your process before the property was purchased to set it up for a BRRRR, and how did you go about putting this strategy into action once the property was purchased.
