I think they are hurting for cash, since they didn't complete building the rest of the development (empty lots).

Also, when good flip deals arise would love to take advantage of those opps too.I currently work as a software salesman and have been in sales for about 7 years, but ultimately do not want to work for someone else until I am 60.
