Salisbury, MD Real Estate Investments, just getting started
Hello,
This is my first post on Bigger Pockets. As a college student and aspiring investor while at the moment obtaining my Real Estate License in Maryland, I am looking to connect with other like-minded individuals. Right now I have multiple part-time jobs, but none with a stable 2-year background history. A loan option with a co-signer is my best bet for investing in property as soon as possible.
I am located in Salisbury, MD and would like to emphasize the investment opportunities in this city due to growth of the community, downtown area, and the college (Salisbury University).
