I'd like to see an incentive system where the buying agent has more incentive to fight for better pricing for their clients.Repeat business is the incentive structure, @Joseph Chan.On a deal that we just closed (I literally am at home right now from sipping fancy Irish whiskey at the subject property that my folks now own), the buyer's agent surprised the buyers with a SURPRISE!!!
