The tenant turned out to be a deadbeat whose stuff needed evicted from our garage which pointed out some significant holes in our lease for garage use.The $5/day late fee that works with apartments got thrown out the door by the judge since the garage lease was only $50/month and late fees alone would amount to $150 if late a month.

No closing costs or fee's, no appraisal, you need to have or open at least a free checking account with them thogh but thats no big deal.It seems like they have good terms, I don't know if it varies by state or not but I will most likely use them for my HELOC, I still need to call the local credit union though and see what terms they have.
