Looking for HELOC or Refi of a 4-unit investment prop in NY

Can anyone recommend lenders that are good for this? Looking to go to 80%+LTV, I used National City (got 90% LTV) on another similar property last year but they stopped lending in NY. Any suggestions are appreciated.
