I found the reviews on support range from excellent to practically non-existent. 

@Perry IvyI would relocate the panel to an exterior wall.  

It allows me to aggregate data on what is going to auction and couple that data with notes from our drive by, property stats, delinquent property taxes, info from bankruptcy court, the title search, our valuation, maintains the sale calendar, and practically eliminates human error.  

I would recommend speaking to a practicing real estate lawyer first, and finding some that are willing to work with wholesalers.

IE just flips it within I think its 24 months there is a formula were your suppose to give the Trustor a portion of your proceeds.Now in practice I am sure you can guess how many people do it..
