WE need help funding this, we have some of our own money, we have bought the land already, we just need to see if anyone has any good ideas of where we can get donations or any other investors who may want to invest into what we are doing, or if there is programs out there that could help fund this project.

(Holding costs make a difference)Check with your city/county office - some have tax revite programs which could be an extra selling point.Do things right and don't cut corners to save a buck.Always look and ask for ways to save money with your contractors and lumberyards, you can often get a discount of some type just by asking for available options.I'm sure I could think of some other things to add, hope this helpsJeff

If you are referring to first time homebuyer's program under FHA, you would not qualify, you can not have been in title to RE for the past 3 years.
