@Padric Lynch You may want to check with a few mobile home dealerships in your area as they work with these types of lenders all the time.

They call back my mobile phone, I have no idea who's calling, what their name is, what area they're in, what list they're on.Is there a service or technique people have used to know exactly who is calling and exactly what list they're on as the phone is ringing?

Or they can send a mobile notary to wherever you want to sign the papers and the notary will take care of returning the documents for you.

Now her mom got a mobile home to put on the lot but they can't connect utilities (SAWS and CPS) since the original plat was voided when the mom divided the land.
