It is my understanding that a basic yellow letter stating that I am interested in buying the house gets a higher rate of return on responses but often times is lower quality lead where as a mailer that has more information regarding exactly what we do for people in distressed situations might get less responses but will be a higher quality lead since they know what we have to offer and that we have a general understanding of their situation and still respond anyway.
