Really, other than selling hype and exagerations to mislead, there is no other reason to implement methods that do not conform to accepted accounting practices.

However...when the deal is done, why not use your experience as a chance to get a movement going to change this practice?...

Jason - This is something we've considered, but to execute it in practicality is a serious challenge, if you're talking about forum posts.Think about it . . . how could we show you the forum post of someone you follow or are colleagues with without showing the entire thread?

You may be pleased to know that guidelines have been put in place to thwart this practice.
