-How is that local government to work with for getting permits, keeping the within regulation, and what local codes will you need to abide by-Are there a lot of distressed or functionally obsolete homes in the area that you can conducted a flip-How is the supply and demand of remodeled homes / new builds in the market-Are material and/or labor costs in that market reasonable-Is the area experiencing growth.

ceilings in basement we aren’t sure if they asbestos but they don’t look very nice so trying to decide what to do with the ceilings to, it is ’ functional but trying to improve property - it’s so expensive to hire someone to remove asbestos
