If you can’t meet in person to develop a relationship, do it over the phone with a list of informed questions.

Will definitely help as you develop those relationships with wholesalers , agents or other investors.

I’ve worked on small and large  scale residential and commercial projects and have some great relationships with many of Southern Arizona's finest contractors, tradesmen, supply houses and developer/investors.Recently I attained my real estate license and am slowly building my contacts and relationships in this world.  

I agree with Zorya for her in Canadian acknowledgement (Edmonton in General) It really depends on location and "plan of attack" I've done construction and development for about 15 years and I can say that "inflation" is on the rise.
