that's a good idea,, not sure how practical it is though... flippers that are looking for money from a newbie are probably newbies themselves.. so it would be the newbie trying to learn from the newbie :)  and both could lose money and not really learn anything.

Done right, a grow op can be done with a small environmental footprint, but as @John D. points out, there are structural limitations to the house that might not allow best practices, in which case a lot of harm can be done.
