Tenant placement fees are a little odd in my opinion since it isn't always aligned with the owners goals.

I think we are actually in majority part in alignment with each other in thought and intent, I think our divergence is simply in the "how".

Otherwise, there are tons of posts on here regarding different metro areas of both MI and OH, just choose something that aligns with your personal goals (cash flow vs appreciation,  cash vs financing, etc.).
