@Sherry Norman  put the shoe on the other foot as a capable funder I see your type of posts all the time the only thing your bringing to the table is the deal.. plenty of deals out there. if you have to post on line for a money partner that's your problem right there your not strong enough.I suggest you get your money partner FIRST then go shopping I think you have the cart before the horse..

Spread that risk around so you don't get caught in a trick bag.

I sold 4 unit multifamily in Auckland NZ last year and paid off the debt on the Block of 5 retail shops and flat and never looked back. 

I will shop for bargains as I believe a penny saved is a penny earned.
