while the difference between stock index is .....stock index usually going up in low interest rate era because majority of index component are in financial and tech sector where they make more money if rate is low ; altough it's being negated by commodity stock which behaves in reverse way....so truth to be told, best investing is still in real estate, it is buy once and you print money indirectly.

Although I’m worried about this, I don’t think it will pass in November for several reasons:1- all interests aligned with real estate, such as apartment associations,  developers, realtors, etc. will put ALOT of money behind defeating this.

There is only so much human labor that can be outsourced out efficiently, so manufacturing companies now have an opportunity to reduce other costs like the cost to import what they previously outsourced.Automation allows them to bring back the manufacturing component to be "made in America" while reducing their costs to not only manufacturing everything, but the costs to import the goods once done.

I haven't gotten as far as requesting quotes, but the $250k min quote you received seems to align well with what I've been reading online, and I'm also finding it outrageous to justify, especially since resale values don't seem to climb in tandem with the upfront cost.

What mold needs to grow, Food source(wood, glue, organic material), Temperature, and Moisture.Cleaning the surface with chlorine and water only kills the superficial part of it but like most weed, unless you remove the hyphae(main root) and the mycelium (collection of roots) from the wood components all you are doing is a surface patch.
