The hot tub has been well maintained by the tenant, and the rental agreements only states "Tenantto understand functionality of Hot Tub and assumes responsibility for proper maintenance and safekeeping of Hot Tub."

The garage is functional as a garage (door opens, etc.) but there is a side service door that leads to the outside, which I assume may have been put in without pulling permits, unless it was built originally into the house, and I'm hoping they don't make a stink about that.
