There was a BiggerPockets App, but it didn't have the best functionality.

Hey @Haneesh LakkamsaniThere are several lenders in the "Network" function here on BP. 

I have just gotten to a point where I can no longer perform all the functions from finding, to completing a real estate investment efficiently or effectively by myself.

I would focus on what functionality you need in a lock and then find the lock that provides that functionality.

If the average time to rent in the general area is two months and similar properties to what you were considering rented in one month, that is a positive indicator.The average tenant stays for many years (for similar properties).There are no rental restrictions; you have the ability to select good tenants and remove non-performing tenants in a timely and cost-effective manner.Has low maintenance costs - this is a function of the condition of the property, construction, climate, tenant segment that the property attracts, and the skill of the property manager.Between 2013 and through 2020, rents and prices in the location increased faster than inflation.

The hot tub has been well maintained by the tenant, and the rental agreements only states "Tenantto understand functionality of Hot Tub and assumes responsibility for proper maintenance and safekeeping of Hot Tub." 

I keep 3 propane bottle on hand and rotate them out as needed.The only issue I see with charcoal is on a wooden deck.

Asset protection of your personal assets / corporate assets (in/out protections) is a function of the LLC and C Corp. 

We keep 4 propane bottles on property, 1 hooked up, 1 spare nearby for guests and 2 in my storage shed for the cleaners to rotate.  

The garage is functional as a garage (door opens, etc.) but there is a side service door that leads to the outside, which I assume may have been put in without pulling permits, unless it was built originally into the house, and I'm hoping they don't make a stink about that.
