I can smell marijuana coming up from below and unsure how to handle, especially during these uncertain times from the pandemic. 

A number of states deemed marijuana shops “essential” businesses and pot sales were up in recent weeks.

They will typically wear specific harnesses which clearly state they are service animals when out in public.A support dog/therapy dog/emotional support animal is a companion animal that provides therapeutic benefits to a person with a medically diagnosed disability.

That goes for marijuana if you live in one of those states, and would include medical marijuana.

Oh yea, I believe I am already being lenient since I allow them to partake in their medical marijuana (California).  

Market rents dropped to $2100 or so in 2017 when the marijuana ordinance changed locally, so I decided to put the property up for sale.

With some of my stock picks haven't gone well - bought cannabis stock since I thought it would go up in value as marijuana is legalized in more states.
