You will get dimensions, type, major features, etc. cheap and fast I always get them.The rest are either contained in a Table A or not needed IMO.

However, a general comment is that lenders are thin on margin right now to entice customers into the market.   

I would not place any faith whatsoever in the projections of someone who thinks that the issues in the commercial & multi-family markets are contained to 2022-2023. 

So going to give them a test this month to see how their customer service and payment program works.

I would present a decent product to my customer.

She ended up positioning herself as an editor who can write, which meant the editing department saw her resume first and the writing department liked having a "writer friendly" editor on staff (conflicts between writers and editors can be huge at some companies).Other companies create "subdivisions" to keep their brands separate in the minds of their customers.

Or in my case and maybe yours title company customer service would do a verbal date down for us.. ( some risk in missing something but not a huge risk)  you need cash  no loans are going to work .
