When you're looking for possible 1031 replacement options, remember that you have a very wide net of potential assets to reinvest in. 

The price range for multi-family could be so wide.

@Daniel Botvynko - no you will not automatically be turned down, but you need to go in with eyes wide open on all the different possibilities and needed capital to get the project to the finish line.
