@Dennis Juanir if you are willing to share, what did the numbers look like at the start of the project versus the end? 

After putting together a Scope of Work, It seems it needs about 50K in repair work, leaving about 35K in profit after 5 percent in selling costs (using no realtors).I'll be the project manager of the fix and flip, budgeting, planning, and hiring the contractors, as well as financing the rehab part of the loan.

This being my first project I don't know what I don't know and would really like to get one under my belt, even if my ROI isn't as high, but don't want to start off on the wrong foot.Thanks 

@Jay Ragland I would be interested in discussing with you regarding a build project from the ground up in the Atlanta area.

Im projected  to make a extra $50 dollars per door.

My first few properties would ideally need light cosmetic rehab as I'm not looking to take on large rehab projects while I'm still building my team. 

I'd also love to hear of any suggestions on appropriate compensation for this kind of project.
