I think those types of firms are good fits if you have a functioning business that's generating profits. they aren't a great fit for fledgling businesses. 

People want to know it is clean, safe, and functional.

It's also a function of the market and the perception of risk associated with it.

Value is a function of much more than that in many other types of deals...

So it functions much better, and yet we pay $20/month for upgraded hosting. 

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend tonight because of work function this evening.  

A fully functioning kitchen with sink, stove/oven and refrigerator is not an efficiency.

However, it's not the cash flow on its surface - it's STABLE cash flow that interests me...Stable cash flow is a function of desirability and economics.  

@Jerry W. correct me if I'm wrong; however, doesn't there come a point where they can do the repair even if it involves touching the other property due to the nature of it being necessary to the function of theirs.
