Also I am a Welder by trade so I do build things for a living and have done quite a few home upgrades.

Connections are connections just leave it alone. its very expensive to move it and requires 3 types of licensed trades putting in a flue pipe (AC), sewer pipe-plumber (do you know where to tie in to the sewer?)

Learn new hobbies, trades.

I also have a few very good, cheap, reliable trades/service guys that I would literally bail out of jail if they needed it.

It's definitely not true in all cases, but this is something you'll often find in mass-marketed offerings that are trading more on their ability to run broad communication than their relationship and track record with a tight-knit group.

You can just pick and choose classes at a community college or trade school that will help advance your business.
