Investors and Partners
Hello, I am new to Bigger Pockets and real estate investing. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on Partners and or Investors in the St. Louis, MO area. I would like to get my foot in the door but I don't have much capital saved up for it, so I would like to do a couple house flips to build some. On a positive note I do have an excellent credit score and I am a veteran so I qualify for a VA Loan. Also I am a Welder by trade so I do build things for a living and have done quite a few home upgrades. Any ideas?
