I frequently check my target market for active rentals, that's the real indicator or what the market can bear. 

Like any service, there are good providers and bad.I agree with @Bleu Turrell  In watching what condition their truck is in and what kind of tools they use are good indicators.

The fact they are complaining online might be an indication the property manager dealt with them properly so be sure to ask the manager for their side of the story.I hope this basic guide helps.
