Do your homework and try to lineup as much local resources to meet so your trip will be the most cost effective.

In my state, the general terms of the last lease (due dates, responsiblities, etc.) continue in effect when the tenant goes month to month.  

I concur on the unprecedented build up of units with no buyers..The Chinese effect is more localized than one that would cause a US melt down in RE.And when the prices get fairly good in the better markets the Chinese investor will scoop them up of that I have no doubt

If there are two buildings on one plotted lot with one tax ID, it should all be considered one property, ie. 6 units.  

Experienced VR owners - I'd love to hear your tips/tricks for furnishing a property in a manner that is cost effective while still appealing to your target guests.We spent way too much (IMO) on furnishing our first VR - a 1340sf 3/1 that ended up costing almost $15K to equip. 

If you have several million in assets and a high wage job besides real estate it might not be cost effective to hold the properties in your name and insure them under an umbrella policy.

It’s rare, and these people will be replaced instantly but Cleaners can cut corners despite being paid by the “job” (despite it being an effective high hourly rate) but they wanted to get done faster for whatever reason, whether to have a shorter day or to do another side job to make even more money.
