One of the things they didn't tell me until after the work was done was that the title insurance isn't like normal owner's title insurance where the premium is paid once and effective until the property is transferred.

He has been very sporadic with payments since 2014 and is effectively one year late on payments.He has taxes coming due in March,2026.

I also usually compound the return by reinvesting my payments, so the present 12% fund effectively returns 14.38% which is pretty awesome.
