Has anyone come across this dilemma and do you know of any source of cheaper and/or used fridge components?

I’m close to selling it, but that does not align with my long term goals.

@Christian Ferreira I use a couple different Guys at Align Credit Union in Mass, they do 80% LTV, and do ARMS, Fixed etc.

@Jessica Freese when researching a market, you have to look at several components including  but not limited to: job growth, population growth, major employers, crime rates, schools, geo location.

Btw if you care to get into it, what are the components of the closing costs?

This type of loan will have a slightly higher interest rate, but at least he will be able to buy a home assuming he qualifies on the other related components of the deal. 

My credit score also went from a 760 to a 630 in the process with no missed payments so don’t let anyone tell you that near maxed out lines or inquiries are really minor components of the credit scoring system.I’m completely motivated to do it again using the mostly positive experiences I’ve gained!

With an IRA, the LLC is a required component for checkbook control because of the IRA's custodial requirement.

I am thinking I put a continguency in the contract for the structural component.
