If an LLC "dies", the property would go to the co-owner automatically?

@Ned Carey As a multifamily guy, my mind just automatically goes to apartments when I hear Caps like that.

I inherited a tenant with an expiring lease that automatically rolled to month-to-month.

However, if you see low inventory count, don't automatically assume there's no profit potential -- it could be an opportunity for you because there's low competition.Don't skimp on furnishings, photography or taking the time to get your processes in place -- you'll only hurt your profits in the long-term.

Specifically, the service we desire would entail prospective tenant screening and background checks,  seamless way for the tenant to set up automatic rental payments, and any of the other bells and whistles that landlords would find helpful in their regular course of business. 

An app definitely should exist where you open it, snap a pic, then close it and it automatically saves it to a cloud. 

Sometimes bills just get automatically paid, without thought of whether it is needed any longer or not.

Would a lender (Fannie or Freddie) automatically disqualify us?

I would have sent out that call on the 2nd and that would be the only time.The pay or quit would be automatically sent out on the 6th the first time they are late.

Trying to get them to make it automatic and recurring, but since it's always been a day, or two, early I haven't pressed much, lately.
