Any recommendations on something that would give the polished finished feel of an indoor floor, stand up to the snow and freezing weather, and ideally not be super cold to the touch?

@Karen Margrave  Portlandia inner city regentrification is super hot. suburbs are good to great,, rural still slow but steady demand.I see a trend in the mid western towns of regentrification in all major markets... as hipsters want to move back from the burbs and they want to walk to their favorite hangouts or bike.

I highly recommend Buildium, but it's much more than electronic rent collection.The syndicated listings is super helpful.

In super down markets it works well or markets that have a lot of rentals and burnt out landlords.. works better but on west coast pretty tough.. not that it cant be done i have done a ton of them.. but if your not tuned in.. its a tough one to start with..
