I was in your shoes 2 years ago and I went out and found a mentor who could help me grow as a real estate professional and it eventually led to my career that I am in today.

The park has a defunct well system which went dry and could be dug deeper and easily reconnected to the plumbing to convert back to well water.I am purchasing at an in place 8-9 cap on actuals plus a 55% expense ratio.

I am very motivated to buy my first property and eventually start generating some cash flow. 

I purposely bought the cheapest house I could find in the nicest neighborhood knowing that I wanted to rent it out eventually.

Hi ,Can you please help me if it is good or bad to buy single family home with Private Well and Private Sewer as as Rental property,How much does it cost to Get Public Water/Sewer Connection done and installed in Levittown PA and how long it takes for the complete process start to finish.Also Any idea Cost for converting Window AC / Induction Heating system to a Central AC and Heating system (All the Ducting need to done ) .It is a 2500 SQFT Living area.

Thankfully my parents would allow me to live there for one year rent-free so I could save up as much money as possible and eventually start investing. 

Would you be able to share if you eventually went ahead with the seller buyback program?

For instance, if I spend $15k converting dead space in a house into another bedroom and bathroom (taking a 2/1 to a 3/2) I’ve most likely added $25k- $30k to my ARV, not $15k.

We realized this strategy wouldn't get us where we wanted to go very quickly.We did quite a bit of research, eventually found the right mentor (can offer advice in this area, too), and dove in to apartment syndication - and never looked back!
