Estimating ARV without a RE Agent

Good morning BP members,

How do I go about finding out a rough estimate on an ARV for a home without having to contact an agent and have him/her run comps?

Any websites that you guys depend on when analyzing a deal?

If you rely on someone else for your ARV, you are going to end up in a bad position. You can ask your agent if they agree or disagree with your ARV, but you should not ask them to come up with it themselves.
