Seller buyback option?
Coming up 30k short on a current project that is not real estate related. Haven't been able to find a lender that could assist me with my needs as of yet. Got approximately 80k in equity in my 2nd non owner occupied home. Been reading up on "seller buyback" programs. Should I entertain this option?
