If you consistently analyze properties, it will be much easier to recognize a good deal when it shows up.

This is not a jerk statement, I am working to be maximum assistance here, you are not in the mindset to connect with the solution until you can recognize your fault and failing. 

But I recognize those biases and would never tell someone in Florida or Missouri that overall wholesalers are trash.

It's a great tool if you recognize that and have the confidence in yourself to go against the crowd.
