How have you all structured your cleanings and ensured that you have someone after every booking?

Best option would be to not get into situation where you have a dispute - if it means you have to shell out few hundred extra $, would recommend doing it.

It's not a manufactured home, but they basically build a shell on slab using standard materials and you finish out the interior walls / decor yourself. 

One thing to make sure of while you are doing the fixes is that things are permitted that need to be (plumbing, electric, structural items, roof) because down the road when you sell your property disclosure may ask if items repairs were permitted.
