Governments give lip service to the need for affordable housing and implement regulations that discourage it (like I said - not really here - but I hear tons of stories from elsewhere).

Since this crash there have been many regulations implemented to protect consumers from predatory lending while also holding lenders accountable as well. 

Lessons learned, how did you find your builder, what has been your strategy you implemented and how did it turn out? 

And it's a myth that's propagated by people who have no understanding of how it even functions, what it specifically does in order to try to implement its policy. 

Not sure what your exact strategy is, but in Pittsburgh you could really stretch that money by implementing the BRRRR strategy.

In the end, the system that you will actually implement is the most effective system for you.  

Maybe now that people are accessing the site on their phones and through the app, this would be a good time to implement the ability to unvote.

One thing you can do is implement a RUBS program for the utilities that the owner currently pays.

that's why they have implemented these rules. if I was to start a company that accepts payments, I'd want to make it easier on the users,  not more cumbersome.  

This person could pay back the loan two fold but because a "lack of income" is shown, he or she does not qualify by the current standards.This is an example of how stupid i think this change is and that if loosening of one end is needed (which it is), why not push or pull in this area rather than what FM/FM may implement?
