that's why they have implemented these rules. if I was to start a company that accepts payments, I'd want to make it easier on the users,  not more cumbersome.

This person could pay back the loan two fold but because a "lack of income" is shown, he or she does not qualify by the current standards.This is an example of how stupid i think this change is and that if loosening of one end is needed (which it is), why not push or pull in this area rather than what FM/FM may implement?

IMO, volume is no substitute for quality, ergo the old Haste Makes Waste.It great to have goals and better if you actually create action plans and IMPLEMENT them, but learn from every deal, optimize each step and you'll get consistently better deals with more profits.

However, if the program is expensive (like ones in the 40k range) and you have to go into credit card debt for it (which could likely really negatively effect your ability to get loans to actually implement the strategies learned) and you don’t have much experience running a successful business, then generally it is not a good idea.I wholeheartedly agree with both Mary and Jay.
