this will be a very common issue for the next few months.. its dial for dollars time.I would also be talking with the HML about extension and or lowering rate but keeping current. they cant foreclose so it would be in their best interest to work with you through this trough

Inspection: electric panel 100 AMP; thought was 200 and may not get insurance because of it plus issue with electric boiler; ceiling torn out in kitchen due to a leak upstairs possible piping; heat pump has error 1 not working; cast iron hook up to the city that is now obsolete.

As you are the person living there, I would make sure that your GC is licensed and insured, check out their previous work, and make sure you have every detail on paper so you are not surprised with change orders. your project is big, lot of room for error (Missing something you wanted or didn’t know about)/ change orders.
