So, the $60/ hour to fix a doorbell became a $170 maintenance call once all is said and done.The problem isn't just the price of $60/ hour, its the trolling around the house looking for things to spray WD-40 on so he can bill another hour.

And NO that will not be the final paint color - ceiling will be sprayed black and walls/flooring/mill work will match the Charlotte unit.  

Definitely get one, but much like the credit report, be prepared to take things with a grain of salt.

Also try Ozone treatments and Vamoose (a liquid product that can be used for cleaning, spraying, and through a fogger that is much like the Ozone method).

This is why Austin, Chicago, (and recently Salt Lake) among others will have legs.In smaller markets, I like seats of major universities.  

They function better in keeping the water from spraying out, wash well and "wow" the tenants.

We have been looking to purchase other properties in the Provo/ Utah Valley Area/ or salt Lake City area (because we travel their frequently.)I am loving all the BP podcasts and have been reading constantly.  

The smell of mildew is strong.I know the repairs part...but the mildew smell and such will be a new challenge.Besides replacing the damaged areas, I was recommended to shellac the entire floors and spray a mildew solution everywhere.

I switched to balanced billing, added spray foam to the underside of the roof and and put in good windows as I renovated.
